Galaxy Buds
A few weeks ago I acquired some Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, they are new but they have a problem, the right hearing aid does not charge to the left... when I want to use them the right hearing aid only has 20 battery and the left with 100... It has already happened to me on too many occasions, I have cleaned the headphones to avoid dirt but it has not worked... The problem continues.

Galaxy Buds
This was a couple of months ago from Sammobile that explained it.
I also read recently from another article that I can't find right now, that mentioned the contact points can get shifted slightly and not be aligned with the buds.

It's new I have 10 days with them. If I have observed the pins and they are in good condition, clean and undamaged but do not charge the hearing aid, until I take out and put the hearing aid repeatedly until it appears on the phone that is already charging.
