Galaxy Buds

I just got my galaxy buds 3 pro. They sounded amazing the first day I got them. Quality, and everything was great. About two days later after usage, I started hearing a weird high pitch noise which is hindering my listening experience. I tried everything, resetting them, re-pairing them and reinstalling the app and stuff. Didn't work.

Is it chronic or when you put them in?

If it is only when you are putting them in your ears, you are touching the microphone on the top of back of the bud as circle in the picture! 20241124_213543_1000014590_1732502233.jpg

Sounds like interference of some sort. You are hearing squelching, which is feedback.

Are you using ANC?
Try turning it off, see if you still hear it

I just tried replacing my earbuds cushion. It looks like what you showed me was correct and the whistling has stopped. Thank you
