How do I know If I have coverage for my buds?

The Samsung members screen is less than useless the call support is always buggy and never available so how do I call and verify or add coverage to my buds 3 pro?

If you go to Samsung.com and login in the top right corner and click my page & products in the drop down menu then click on the buds it will show if they are covered still under warranty
