It gets hot in case and flattens the case battery and won't turn on ,lh side bud works fine ?

Sounds like a possible shorted battery. Don't try to charge it anymore as it might catch on fire.

It needs to be serviced.

OK that I a major issue with the battery try changing the charger or charging from cooler area or let the earbuds charge open case or let the be out their case for long half an hour doing nothing if nothing works reset the earbuds and send to a technician.
