Hey guys,
When I am using my bud pro 3 any kind of clinking noise like a fork on a plate or the jingle of a dog's collar comes through and this loud popping noise that kills my ear drum. Are they working on an update to fix that or is there something I can do to minimize it? I love using ambient noise but I have a feeling that's why it's happening.

Thanks

Hello,

There is a way that you can activate the active noise cancellation through the wearable app and with your buds.

  • Go to  Noise Cancellation and switch it from the off position
  • Or you could conveniently just touch and hold one of the buds it cycles between the noise cancellation, ambient sound and off.

Is that the only option? Because if I turn on noise cancellation won't it turn off the feature that if someone is talking to me I can't hear them?

If you keep the volume at a moderate level you'll hear them just fine what this feature does is block out those environment sounds you were complaining about it doesn't completely cancel your ability to hear if someone is talking to you.

Cycle between ANC and Ambient sounds to see what works.
