Galaxy earbuds FE making rubber band sound effect with white noise and ocean sounds

So yesterday I had my galaxy earbud fe in and all of the sudden my right earbud makes a rubber band sounding effect and kept producing this white noise or ocean sound now my left earbud is producing this white noise and I don't know how to get it to stop
