I've been using galaxy buds 3 pro for about 2 months and I can hear people talking, cars passing and all that with ANC turned on. I can hear those noises even when I'm playing a music. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? or I'm thinking about visiting service centre to get it fixed.

Galaxy BudsI've now tried two different pairs of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, and both show the same issue with ANC. It only seems to reduce steady, low-frequency sounds like a fan or engine noise. Everyday noises such as voices, running water, footsteps, or background chatter come through almost unchanged, as if ANC isn’t doing anything at all.
I’ve gone through all the usual troubleshooting: resetting the buds, changing ANC strength, checking that ANC is on, trying different audio codecs, swapping ear tips, adjusting the fit, and testing with and without audio playing. None of these made a difference.
What confuses me is that I have a much cheaper pair of earbuds that block voices more effectively through passive isolation than the Buds 3 Pro do with ANC enabled.
Is this how the Buds 3 Pro ANC is supposed to work, or am I dealing with faulty units? Any guidance or confirmation from Samsung would be really appreciated. I’d like to stay in the Samsung ecosystem, but this has me unsure.
