So I bought the Pro 3s in January. There was an issue with the charging case that was giving me a "Charging has stopped" message. Called Samsung. Had to send them in for two weeks. Got them back and the message is gone but anytime you try to use the hearing enhancements at any level you get a high pitched feedback squeal. So I call Samsung and am told flat out that if sending them in a second time doesn't take care of the issue I would get a new replacement. So I reluctantly sent them in for a second repair. Get them back and big surprise! They aren't repaired. So I call the excellent Samsung Care line again and they connect me to returns and exchanges. Who tell me I have to send them in a third time! This has gotten ridiculous! It costs them a nickel to make a set of these things. They can't stand behind the warranty and replace my defective ear buds? I'm a good customer. Have all the latest gear: S25U 1TB. WatchU. TabS10U 1TB. Televisions. Monitors. Smart Tags everywhere! It is infuriating that I'm being treated this way over a cheap set of plasticey earbuds... I have requested supervisors to call me back twice. Guess how many have called me back? Everytime I call in I have to start from the beginning and go into all the details with another Samsung Rep. that couldn't care less about my issue. I'm about to throw them in the trash where they belong. I had a set from another brand that were perfect. I really regret thinking that Samsung would build a quality earbud and stand behind it. God forbid something goes wrong with one of my expensive items if they give you this hard of a time over a product that costs them 5 cents to manufacture. I'm just trying to let anyone considering these things to reconsider. They are complete junk and apparently have no warranty on them. I'm appalled that I've been treated this poorly from a company that I used to hold up on a pedestal. I used to be proud to be a Samsung customer but now I just feel like a fool. A mark. So to anyone considering these I highly suggest you look elsewhere because these things shouldn't even be $29.99. Just trying to help someone out there save some money. Or you can flush it down the toilet. Your choice of course. That's all I've got. I'm out.

I use Soundcore and they are awesome. They have a warranty and they stand behind the warranty. I have been using them for years

I've never used airpods. I get over the ear myself. Just like them better and I haven't tried pods before
