Buds3 Pro, Horrible sound with ANC or Ambient Noise on

I've had the Galaxy Buds3 Pro since February. Today I suddenly heard an extreamly loud humming noise in only the right earbud. It is not a crackle or high pitched, it's more like I've stuck my head next to a high strength magnet.

It only happens with ANC or ambient noise enabled and stops when I turn them off via the Wear app. It also happens with Bluetooth off on my phone and they're not connected.

The fit test perpetually shows "poor fit" in the right earbud regardless of position or changing the tips. I've never dropped them, got them wet, and they're not dirty or full of ear wax.

Anyone else experience this?
