Buds pro 3 left earbud malfunctioning

So the left earbud keeps dropping off my phones Bluetooth. It's fully charged and shows up on the wear app but the volume goes to zero. Then a few minutes later it comes back on. Driving me nuts. Any thoughts?

Try to check if you are on latest update and reconnect through wearable app.

If this does not help, the earbuds will need to be serviced.
