Brand new set, manufactured August 2025, latest software. Often have trouble getting the left earbud to start charging. Shaking the case a bit after putting them both in will often get it to actually start charging, but sometimes the left bud will just randomly turn on in the case and connect to my phone until I shake the case a bit.
