Hello community,

I bought my Buds Pro 3 back in September 2024 and they've worked just fine until yesterday. The left earbud stopped working - It's not showing as a detected wearable in the phone app and when I check in the Bluetooth settings, it shows as the left earbud has no charge at all.

One quick side note is that the buds were working just fine until then, it's like the ran out of batteries and I couldn't charge them anymore.

The case is 100% charged and there's nothing blocking the earbuds connector to the case.

I've tried:

1 - Resetting the earbuds from the wearable app.
2 - Cleaning the charging pings in the case to make sure nothing was blocking them.
3 - Restarting the phone (I also tried connecting them to another device and same happens)
4 - Unlinking and pairing them again with the phone
5 - Left only the broken bud in the case for an entire night to see if they would charge.
6 - The device has not fallen and it has no physical damage.

Find below screenshots of what I see on my phone.

I would contact Samsung support they are under warranty for a year parts and labor.

I did but unfortunately, I'm Argentinian and bought the buds in SF on a business trip. When I went to a local store they said warranty only applies regionally and I won't be back in the states until April.

You would have to try a Samsung repair shop in Argentina.
This is the boards for the US only

Well, was wondering if this happened to someone else and there was an easy or alternative fix.

You did everything right to fix it. sounds like a bud needs to be replaced.
