I like the LEDs, as when I have both buds in it indicates to people I have headphones in (my long hair covers my ears).

Having to remove them, turn the lights on, and put them back in is a little counterintuitive. I would love to see an in-app toggle or widget toggle for the LEDs. Maybe even custom light effect specifically for phone calls.

@Mtratchet16 It is odd that you can't turn them off from the Wearable app. It does allow you to change how they act.

  1. In the Wearable app select the Buds3 Pro.
  2. Click on Earbud controls
  3. Click on Earbud light controls.

THIS!!! 1000* THIS!!!

I can't believe every time I take them out of the case I have to turn the lights back on. I do a lot of running very early morning (between 4 and 6 AM) and love the feature but why doesn't the setting in the app persist after putting them back in the case.

Hello,
My issue arises from the fact that you cannot turn on buds 3 pro led's through the app, only pinching them when out of case. On top of that they don't even save the state, if you turn them on, put back in case, and take out, led's will switch off.
It's a gimmicky feature in the first place but you can't even use it properly without it being annoying. Would really appreciate if this gets fixed/added.

Best regards,
Samsung user

Why would you want to turn on the LEDs on the earbuds? They would drastically shorten the usable playing time, considering how small the batteries must be in the tiny earbuds.

Fair, but that's why I said the feature is gimmicky, but led is already there, so why not? Considering you can turn them on manually, why not have them save state or atleast have ability to turn it on in the app

Because there would be an uproar over how stupid Samsung must be to add a useless feature that drastically cuts available playing time.

Well led's are there already, and also they advertised the feature itself, so obviously it's stupid, but since it's an advertised feature, why not.
