Z flip 6 ringtone volume keeps decrease

My ringtone tone volume keeps decreasing and I have it set for volume to be media instead of my ringtone I don't know what going on and why my volume keeps decreasing any help would be appreciated.

The " Attention Aware " setting is enabled. Go to settings, sound, Attention Aware and turn it off.

I do not see this setting in the phone I've even searched for it I do not see this at all any other ideas or somewhere else to look for
