Z Fold 7 cannot change media volume when DND active

When I have Do Not Disturb on, I cannot change the media volume.

Make sure to check modes and routines when DND is activated. Something might be triggering your volume status.

The only mode I have is a preinstalled Sleep mode that is not activated when my do not disturb turns on. Turning it on doesn't affect the volume issue, and turning it off does not help either. I do not have any routines set. Any ideas?

Go into goodlock and open the sound assistant module. Check if you have these settings turned on. If you do, turn it off and see if that works.

First is a picture when DND is on with the Bluetooth and regular volume control greyed out. Second is one when it is off and they aren't greyed out. Surprisingly enough, I can modify the volume of the notifications and ringtone while DND is on, so it makes me think there's a bug in the soft causing it, but idk

Check to see if this is enabled: Settings>Notifications>Do not disturb>Alarms and sounds>Make sure Media Sound is toggled on.
