Physical keyboard customizations

Would be great if we could change device volume from the keyboard or at leleast be able to customize the shortcuts and what they do

I'm a bit confused by your request. Samsung does not currently manufacture a phone with a physical keyboard.

If you are talking about the on- screen keyboard, the purpose of the keyboard is text input. A volume setting would fall outside of the keyboard's primary purpose.

There are other ways to control your device volume without using the volume buttons. You can use the Quick settings panel, use One Hand Operation+ to set gestures to control volume, or ask your preferred voice assistant to adjust your device volume.
