Z Fold 2 Audio quits when screen goes dark

Just got a Z Fold2. Strangely, the audio from my podcast app (maybe other apps, too) stops when the screen goes dark. This didn't happen with my Note10+.

Does this sound particular to my app, or can I tweak something on my phone?

Set the app to always open. When your screen times out, your phone is putting your podcast app to sleep to conserve power.
