Wifi control when weak signal

There happens to be a bathroom at my office that is right on the edge of the wifi range. When I use the toilet, the phone doesn't know whether to retain the 1 bar it gets, or switch to cellular. I could easily just turn off wifi, but then I have the tendency to forget to switch it back on. Is there a smart option in the phone that will allow it to understand that it's in a very weak wifi area and will stop trying to reconnect to wifi until I get closer to my desk?

Ewww.  Why are you using the phone in the toilet?  Just let the phone waver between worlds and it will reconnect to the wi-fi when you are back at your desk.   You can try this routine.  Tweak as necessary.  The settings should return to normal when the routine ends, but you can add the parameter to wait a period of time, then turn wi-fi back on and mobile data off.
