Voice Mail issue

I cant seem to access my Virtual Voicemail. Its been sending me a "Close", "Force Stop" or "Feedback" option. Has anyone else experienced this issue? It should be noted that I haven't reached out to my carrier yet.

Visual Voicemail is a network service. Please contact your carrier for assistance regarding this issue.

Somehow my voicemail changed from English to Spanish and I don't know how to change it back to English.
