I always have to ask when a similar question as this posted to this forum. My first inclination is always that someone is trying to break into someone else's phone or they stole or found a phone and now want to get into it. With the current events in the United States my trust for humanity continuing to be Humane to one another is sinking quickly. If it's really your phone, when you enter an incorrect password you should be given the link to your Samsung account to reset your password. If it doesn't give you that link or if you don't know the Samsung account and or password, there is absolutely, let me repeat that, ABSOLUTELY no way you can get into secure folder.
Unfortunately it is my phone. I had to get a warranty replacement last week and I think when I reinstalled secure folder, I stopped the installation in the middle so now it won't let me continue or uninstall and start again. It keeps asking for the pin but won't let me delete and reinstall.
There is nothing in the folder at the moment. I would rather delete the secure folder and start again but it won't let me without a pin I never gave it.
