My Z fold screen is not working when it is unfolded.
I contacted the service center at Qatar Mobile@ Doha Qatar, They have a price list displayed at the entrance of the shop that shows the replacement charges of screen as QR !750. This seems to be common problem with the screen and a design defect (my personal opinion). One of my friend also has same issue with his Z fold 4. The bold display of these pricing at service center and the response at service center is a proof that many Z fold have this issue. I suppose Samsung should not transfer this responsibility to their customers and make them pay such high cost for some thing they are not expected to. After all this is an expensive device. Such business of making money on repairs appears to be highly unethical. Please suggest a solution.
