I just noticed there is a small bump on the left side of the screen on the crease. It is very clearly there and is not on the other side of the screen. Has anybody else had this issue? What can I do?
The pre-installed screen protector may be starting to peel. Because of the nature of a foldable device, these factory-installed protectors need to be replaced periodically.
If it is, in fact the screen protector, do not attempt to remove or replace it yourself. Visit a certified Samsung repair center where a certified technician will use specialized equipment to ensure proper removal of the old protector and installation of the new one.
It is possible you are feeling the hinge. When I had my Flip 5, I could feel a bump on both sides of the crease and it never caused any issues.
However, the asymmetry may indicate a hardware issue. Visiting a certified repair center is likely the best course of action so that a certified technician can diagnose whether what you're feeling is normal or abnormal.
