Screen Shutting Off Randomly When I open the Phone

Ever since the new update, whenever I open my phone, it glitches and turns off randomly. Any tips to help?

Try resetting cache partition. Power off phone. Then hold power button and volume up at the same time. When phone turns on, release power button while holding volume up. Screen should pop up. Find clear cache partition. Use volume to toggle down, and power button to select. After doing that, find the repair apps and do that.
