Samsung care+ theft registration impossible to sign up for

Hi, I recently purchased the samsung care + theft product two days after receiving my galaxy z fold 7. I rediscover an email from samsung airing me that the purchase and activation was successful, then I read the fine print that told me I had to enrollees in knox guard to maintain eligibility of the plan and to receive the benefits. I clicked on the registration link provided in the email and I was redirected to a samsung page that said my drive isn't eligible. I clicked on the other links to figure it out and nothing has worked. I've now spent an hour with 4 different samsung customer service numbers and no one knows what's going on. 

Has anyone successfully registered their device with Samsung care +theft & Knox Guard?

I usually just get phone insurance from my carrier as they all seem to use the same underwriter, Assurant, here in the US. Over the last thirty years with AT&T I've had five phone replaced within two days under my policy, with no issues.

I'm sorry that you see it that way. I was simply suggesting that they explore other options for coverage, like their carrier's phone insurance plan.

I emailed samsungmxcare@servify.tech with screen shots of my care+ confirmation and all the errors I was getting trying to sign jobs for knox guard, and that department got me setup and registered. Atleast, I believe they did since they sent me an email saying they did. For now, I have proof that I attempted the setup and proof that Samsung said I was in compliance.

I'd go the Verizon route and get asuriok, but I'm on a business account and it's more expensive and I have to jump the hoops and hurdles to get a claim going since I don't have the account passwords and such.

You need to wait a few day. Its usually a week or two. Then open the link they sent you. It happened to me as well.
