Someone is always on my phone calls. They are able to make selections and drown out my calls. They block some of my calls so I cannot call certain people. I have some contacts that are saved in my phone but not showing in my contacts. This have been going on for awhile now. Any suggestions?

It appears you have may have been hacked.  Get a new SIM card, change all your account passwords from an uncompromised device and then factory reset your phone and start completely from scratch. You can restore your backup if you wish, but I would selectively restore everything except the apps, and download all apps separately.  Your contacts should be backed up to Google.  Go to contacts/google.com and check.  Your photos should be backed up to Google.

Immediate (non-invasive) checks
1. Open Phone > Settings → Blocked numbers / Call barring — remove any unknown blocks.
2. Phone app: Settings > Calls > Call forwarding — make sure nothing is forwarded to an unknown number.
3. Contacts: open Contacts > Settings > Contacts to display — enable “All accounts” (Google, SIM, Phone) so saved contacts reappear.
4. Check recent apps & notifications for anything you don’t recognize.

Security & account checks (do these next)
5. Check device permissions: Settings > Apps > (three dots) Special access — look for apps with Display over other apps, Accessibility, or Modify system settings and revoke anything suspicious.
6. Review connected devices / account sessions (Google/Samsung/Apple): sign out suspicious devices and change your account password + enable 2-factor authentication.
7. Set / change your SIM PIN: Settings > Security > SIM card lock → enable PIN. Contact your carrier if you suspect SIM cloning or porting.
8. Uninstall unfamiliar apps. Run a reputable mobile security scan (e.g., Malwarebytes for Android).
9. If you find spyware or persistent suspicious behavior, backup important data then do a factory reset: Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset.

I have done all of that. The apps I delete are saved on the bottom half of my phone. I can see them when I do a split screen. How do you delete them. Someone stole my identity.

@Latonia120 It sounds like you removed the items from your home screen but did not actually delete the apps.

Swipe up on the home screen to open the apps screen. Find the items, long press on the icon and select uninstall to remove them from your phone.
