Samsung Care+ accidently was cancelled and now can't be reinstated?

Hi I upgraded my Fold 6 to a Fold 7 and I was still getting charge on the Fold 6 after the trade in for the Care+ insurance. I called in to get the situation resolve and the agent accidentally  cancel my Fold 7 contract by accident instead of the Fold 6 one that was traded in. I was told I can get it reinstate online after a day or 2 but that was not the case. I called back in and was told I am out of luck and they can not reinstate the contract if it was cancelled. I am so frustrated at this situation since it wasn't me that authorize that cancellation.  Am I out of luck at this point? Phone is expensive and it sucks to be out of insurance on it.

Since this is a user-to-user support community, I suggest contacting Care+ at 1-833-690-0918.  And ask for a Supervisor they may be able to reinstate it since they accidentally canceled the wrong plan.  I know that in the past, once a plan was canceled on a device, it wasn't able to be re-added to the same device.

A couple of questions, was this a phone call to them?
Did you ask the agent to hunt for the call, they record all the calls.

Yes I call direct to Care+ both times. Second time I called back they talked to their supervisor and said there is nothing they can do on their end.

Ok I just did. Just hoping for the best if not then ill just have to baby the phone and hope the hinge doesnt break or something.

Just an update Care+ escalation team member just called me earlier today and they said they will reinstate my contract once the current month is over and the full cancellation has been completed. 🙏
