Hi I upgraded my Fold 6 to a Fold 7 and I was still getting charge on the Fold 6 after the trade in for the Care+ insurance. I called in to get the situation resolve and the agent accidentally cancel my Fold 7 contract by accident instead of the Fold 6 one that was traded in. I was told I can get it reinstate online after a day or 2 but that was not the case. I called back in and was told I am out of luck and they can not reinstate the contract if it was cancelled. I am so frustrated at this situation since it wasn't me that authorize that cancellation. Am I out of luck at this point? Phone is expensive and it sucks to be out of insurance on it.

Fold & Flip PhonesSince this is a user-to-user support community, I suggest contacting Care+ at 1-833-690-0918. And ask for a Supervisor they may be able to reinstate it since they accidentally canceled the wrong plan. I know that in the past, once a plan was canceled on a device, it wasn't able to be re-added to the same device.
