I would like to see an option where you can save different kinds of "Do not disturbs" with different options. For instance, when I'm sleeping I'd like for my options to be more stringent than say, when I set "do not disturb" while I'm at work or for instance while studying. The way it is right now, I have to constantly change the settings for when I'm asleep from when I'm at work and it's kind of a pain.

Thanks for the consideration.

IME, kind of a bad idea if you have gotten rid of your landline and the cell phone is the only way someone can reach you in an emergency.

Maybe you could use different modes/ruteines, considering you can do pretty much anything with those? You could also use the widgit with modes & routines to have direct access to those from your home screen??? That's about what you want, I think.

Hello.  Making no assumptions about your Android proficiencies, you may want to check out solutions like "Tasker" from "joaomgcd", available on Google Play.

Not sure if this comment will get pulled because I'm advocating a 3rd party app, but I'll try anyway.

I've used "Tasker" for many years across many of our Android devices & I've found it to be extremely powerful.  Depending on complexity of what you're looking to do, some functions may require a little patience to learn how to do correctly & perform a little testing.  BUT...  The app's wizard-like workflows, online help, tutorials, & supporting community have all been fantastic.

As an example, you can set various combinations of settings & behaviors (Basically a "Profile" of sorts) within a "Task".

Ie. you can create a task called "Work Mode" which applies specific settings you desire for your "work" location.  You can then configure that task to  automatically run via Geolocation (Arriving at work), or by date/time, or manually triggered via a button on your home screen.

It can also be configured to "Undo" most, if not all, of those settings when you "Leave work", in this example.  Or simply set another task to trigger or manually run when you LEAVE your work which applies desired settings when you leave work.

Same concept applies to any other "custom" settings combinations (Or profiles, per se) you'd like to create.  I find the app has been FANTASTIC & very flexible.

Triggering a given "task" can also be done manually, by date/time, by location, by connected bluetooth devices, by connected WiFi, etc.

You can also back up & restore tasks & triggers to reload on your device and/or import into other Android devices.

Some use-cases I've actually used & found potentially useful:  1)  Automatically set to "Vibrate" when I arrive @ work.  2)  Automatically set to volume max & automatically run my preferred travel-related apps when I leave work to drive home.  (Via geolocation, or the car's connected TB).  3)  Automatically send a text to somebody when leaving work to say, "On my way home".  4)  Automatically LOWER volume to a pre-determined level (or vibrate or mute) @ bedtime (insert time here), as to not be startled by loud notifications or alarm, etc.  5)  Automatically run specific OBD apps depending on which car my phone's bluetooth connects to.  6)  Automatically set a standing notification sound & text if WiFi is disconnected.

Literally tons of other use-cases & examples available via the Tasker community

As a summary, I believe this app will not only accomplish what you're looking for, it'll open the door to a ton of other cool stuff if you decide to experiment.

Good luck, I hope this helps!
