Not getting Read/Delivered receipts even though Advanced messaging is on

Stopped getting them last night; did the latest update today and Advanced Messaging still not working. 

Anyone else?

same here. woke up to the blue dots next to contact conversation gone this morning. get read receipts from only one person but no delivered or read from anyone else

People there was a Samsung message sent in a similar post to this saying that first, you have to allow it in settings. Second, the person you're texting has to allow it (sometimes they turn it off to be sneaky so you won't know if they read your texts or not). If the option is gone in settings then contact your carrier like AT&T or T-Mobile, etc. because they sometimes turn off that option themselves without asking if people still want that option.
