No wifi after software update, please help

Hi I don't even know where to post this can anybody please help me after the software update that was automatically installed to my phone I have tried everything and anything possible on every Forum even Samsung chat and YouTube and I can't seem to find my Wi-Fi. When I connect to my home Wi-Fi it says searching searching and searching it never actually connects it doesn't connect anymore to any of the local Wi-Fi that I used to connect it's almost as if it completely lost connection through the antenna for any type of Wi-Fi please help. I have done a network reset, I have done a phone reset I have done a partial cache and every other suggestion I have read in blogs and forums and from Samsung chat and see that this is a normal occurrence for a lot of Samsung users. Has anyone found a solution? Anything that you can provide would be greatly appreciated thank you so much.

This is what I get , in one page it says Wi-Fi. I toggle it to Blue and then in the next page, it just says searching for Wi-Fi and I have reset it inside of the general management reset for Bluetooth connections and Wi-Fi1753323597397.jpg1753323597411.jpg

Do the diagnostic to make sure ther is no issue with your antenna. If there is no issue, then the problem lies in the network settings on the phone. What the Samsung tech had you do was clear the phone cache. I don't see where he told you to reset the wifi and BT networks, so do that.

When I do the Diagnostics it says turn on Wi-Fi I go to settings to try and turn on Wi-Fi and go back to Diagnostics and it says turn on Wi-Fi or skip that's the only thing I can do because it won't connect to the Wi-Fi so then it says that I have one issue with my Wi-Fi

If the antenna is bad, you will either have to get the phone repaired or upgrade to a new one

I do have insurance on my phone to get it repaired or get a replacement the problem is I need everything to successfully transfer from my old phone to the new phone and I've been trying to do that for a couple of days and send it to a tablet via a cord the problem was that it was erasing everything and putting a big gray box with an exclamation point. I know I'm old but I'm a little bit tech savvy not much but I try. Thank you so much for your help

After software update I can't get internet on my phone outside and my phone goes straight to voicemail

Reset the phone's network connections - in your case, you may also have to reset your mobile network, as well.  All calling issues are the responsibility of your carrier, so they would be your first contact for the calling issue.

One day my YouMail which is an app I use for spam callers somehow got reset and turned on and all my calls were going to voicemail I had to disable the app to prevent that from happening. Do you have any apps that have the call forwarding feature?
