Hi I don't even know where to post this can anybody please help me after the software update that was automatically installed to my phone I have tried everything and anything possible on every Forum even Samsung chat and YouTube and I can't seem to find my Wi-Fi. When I connect to my home Wi-Fi it says searching searching and searching it never actually connects it doesn't connect anymore to any of the local Wi-Fi that I used to connect it's almost as if it completely lost connection through the antenna for any type of Wi-Fi please help. I have done a network reset, I have done a phone reset I have done a partial cache and every other suggestion I have read in blogs and forums and from Samsung chat and see that this is a normal occurrence for a lot of Samsung users. Has anyone found a solution? Anything that you can provide would be greatly appreciated thank you so much.

As I told you in your other post, try resetting your neywork connections and see if that helps. Which phone do you have?

Thank you so much thank you so much for your reply but as I posted in my previous comment I have reset my Wi-Fi at home and at my mom's house and at my grandmother's house and it still won't connect or find a Wi-Fi it always says searching for Wi-Fi, it's almost as if the antenna from my phone trying to reach Wi-Fi even at McDonald's or anywhere it just says searching for Wi-Fi

I meant reset the network connections on your phone. Settings/general management/reset network and Bluetooth connections. You will then have to reconfigure and re-pair your Bluetooth devices. You can do a diagnostic on your phone through the device care settings on your phone. That will tell you if your antenna is bad.

Thank you so much for your reply, I guess I should say I'm an old grandma and that might help people with their patients with me. I have done that actually I have reset it inside of my phone according to the directions of a Samsung chat expert but if I could add a screenshot here maybe that will help

When I did a Google search for people with the same problem and I also did YouTube apparently it's a very known problem where it completely disconnects from Wi-Fi and drops it from all Networks it's almost as if the antenna is not sending out the Wi-Fi network from your phone to any Wi-Fi

Other people with the antenna issues may not have the same phone as you. That problem seems to be prevalent on the S24.
