So im stuck with two broken phones. And have to buy another phone but im not buying a fold or a flip again. Anyone else have this problem with their phones??

Sorry you experienced this.
If the issue is software-related, you should still be able to boot the devices into recovery mode if it is unresponsive in the way you describe. (While powered off, simultaneously hold volume up + side key) If you are able to access recovery mode, attempt to wipe cache partition and reboot the device.
If the devices still fail to start, boot into recovery again, but this time perform a factory reset. Be sure to back up data prior to reset to prevent data loss.
If even a reset doesn't fix it, connect the device to a PC running Smart Switch. Attempt to do a clean firmware install on the device.
If even that doesn't get your devices up and running, it is likely a hardware issue. You can take it into a service center to diagnose and repair the issue.

Hope this helps!

Fold & Flip Phones@NeobKitty Sorry that you have experienced this issue. I've owned every Fold since the Fold 3 and owned a Flip for a while. I never experienced this issue on any of them.
