I've purchased 2 zflips and 2 zfolds because I love the design and I love Samsung products. Each one the inner screen ripped along the folding crease making the inner screen unusable. Each one Samsung offered no support no repair not even a loaner while the phone was being repaired. Everytime ive traded the phone in for a discount on my next phone. The phone was taken, I was told because of the damage to the screen I couldn't use it for trade in. And on top of that, none of the phones were returned to me. Samsung ive have been a loyal fan and purchaser of your products for over 30 years. But I'm sorry to i have had enough.
It took going through 4 foldables to realize they're not interested in helping the customer? No one should buy a foldable device without getting Care Plus. Nothing will get repaired under the standard warranty, which only covers manufacturer defects. Good luck proving that a defect caused any of your screen issues. Of course the damaged devices were rejected for trade-in credit. Samsung resells those devices in bulk. It probably wouldn't be cost effective to replace a foldable screen and wholesale the device.
Nope, thats not it. I never closed it that way my last zfold I barely used the inner screen because I wanted to avoid the crease. But what I have learn is once that crease become deep your screen will fail soon after.
