Fold 7 Interior screen

Tengo una galaxy Fold 7. El celular anoche empezó a parpadear y simplemente se fundio la mitad de la pantalla. Es un celular de uso diario, donde se abre varias veces para trabajo. Nunca se ha caido, nunca he tenido problemas con un fold hasta que llego este. Aveces lo abro y se ve completo, pero al usarlo se apaga nuevamente y aveces no quiere coger el touch. Aún tengo garantia, pero no tengo seguro. Creen que la garantía cubra? A alguien más le paso? Como resolvieron?

I'm sorry to hear this happened. The only way to determine if it's still covered under warranty is to contact a service center to have the phone examined.

Ellos decidieron no arreglarlo porque tiene ese raspaso y dicen que esta roto. Se lo lleve a otro técnico y dijo que no esta roto, que simplemente quieren no darme garantía
