So when I try to type on Snapchat with my flip 7 the keyboard takes up the text box and I can't see what I'm typing, tried restarting phone, resetting app info and keyboard info but it doesn't work, any other app so far is fine
This is happening to me with all apps while typing on the cover screen. Major issue that needs to be corrected immediately. Customer service and e-commerce had no clue until they checked with AI and the community. In fact they wanted me to return the phone since a fix would not be provided until after the return window closed. So I returned mine and my wife's. Poor planning, testing and service by Samsung.
