Echo is being heard on callers side

Why there is echo heard on callers end, when they call me. When I call them it does not sound echo.

Try turning off wifi calling worked for me

Oh gosh you gotta help me out, I had this problem but I have WiFi calling off and I have my mono audio on. I turn it on by default cause I like mono audio

Weird, I don't know cause it hasn't happened since. I'd like to know though but maybe it was just an anomaly.
