Photos not all showing inside apps

My gallery only shows the most recent pictures taken. Z fold 7 inside other apps like fb it shows some then goes all black squares and then older photos show any tips

Consider going to the app info of the app in question and checking that your photo and video permission is toggled to "always allow all".
