Fold 7 order pick up Delay in Houston Galleria Samsung store

The order page says 8/1 pickup at Houston Galleria Samsung store.

Since then, the order page shows ordered but no pickup date.

None of the chat team has any idea of why and when.  Samsung has provided no information about the delay.

It seems the Samsung fulfillment team has failed. 

Any of you have any insight as when it will be available for pickup?
