Fold & Flip PhonesI don't understand. You say you bought the phone for specifically for the DeX feature, but had no real need for it until now? In any case, not being a DeX user myself, my understanding was that this type of program was meant to be used with an external display. No one "from Samsung" is reading this and are certainly not going to go read a subreddit if they were.

Fold & Flip PhonesThe likely sent you to the Members app so you can click on the feedback link in the support tab. This is an issue only Samsung developers can correct, and they require feedback to know how many users are affected by this and how disappointed they are. Some Samsung personnel *might* monitor these forums, but they do not and will not act on anything posted here, as there is an official mechanism for sending feedback to the development team. They also do not take feedback by phone call. Tech support personnel are not the developers.
