I have a fold 4. When in closed condition the bluetooth works normal. All devices connect, music plays, etc. When in openend condition so when I use the inner screen. The bluetooth disconnects by itself and switches off. It cannot be switched on again. Do I fold the screen again the bluetooth switches on by itself.
I tried to reset the wifi/bluetooth connection and there was an update pending. Both did not solve this issue.
You need to run the diagnostics for the Bluetooth connectivity on your phone while the phone is folded and again when unfolded. The diagnostics are available in the Support area here in the Members app. If you get any failures, you can submit a message to Samsung tech support too describing your problem and the diagnostic results.
