Hey there @userOTWCODoyAx,

I can definitely assist with your concerns on getting your hearing aids back working on your phone properly.

Let's try a few troubleshooting steps below.

  1. Toggle Bluetooth: Turn Bluetooth off and back on for your phone.
  2. Restart Devices: Restart your phone and power your hearing aids off and on.
  3. Proximity: Keep your phone closer to your hearing aids.

Samsung & Hearing Aid Settings:
  1. Enable Hearing Aid Support: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Hearing aid support, and turn on "Hearing aid compatibility".
  2. Connect via App: Try pairing your hearing aids directly through the Hearing Aid Support page in settings, not the main Bluetooth list.
  3. Check Audio Routing: In the phone's Bluetooth settings, tap the gear icon next to your hearing aids and ensure call audio isn't blocked or routed elsewhere.

Resolving Car Connection Conflicts:
  1. Forget Car Bluetooth: Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and "Forget" or "Unpair" your car's system.
  2. Prioritize Aids: Once the car is forgotten, re-pair your hearing aids and try connecting again; this should force audio to them.
  3. Temporary Disconnect: If you need the car, disconnect your hearing aids from the phone's Bluetooth menu (Gear icon > Disconnect) when you get in, then reconnect them when you need them.
  • Update Software: Ensure your phone's operating system and hearing aid app are up-to-date.
  • Clean Pair: If problems persist, unpair the hearing aids from both the phone's Bluetooth menu and the hearing aid app, then re-pair them.

Please let me know if this helps. 🙂
