Being able to unlock 2 phones from Samsung account

My Flip 3 caught the dreaded Black ink screen Now I can't unlock it I also have S23 fe We should be able to unlock either one with Samsung account when both have been linked to account

I believe that option was dropped due to laws. Apple got sued and one of the aguments was for backdoors. Just knowing if a backdoor existed opens hackers to look for them and find access to them. I could be wrong though, but I know they did drop that option around that year.

If you don't care about the data, then do a hard reset. Ensure your charger is connected. Google to the procedure for each phone.
