Especially with 3rd party launchers I use nova mainly and i have reported the issue to them as well but they have said its samsung side.
So when using the app drawer at random you will go to slide up sometimes the drawer won't align properly so only half of the drawer will show or the all the apps will disappear and only real fix so far I've seen is reboot the phone.
So samsung please fix this is.also note I been having this issue before I joined the program. So I know its not a beta issue.

Why and how would a 3rd party launcher app drawer be a Samsung issue? Does it do the same with all launches? If not, it's a Nova issue and not a Samsung issue.
