finding an address i can have my laptop delivered

how do i get a zipcode that will allow me to order a laptop, tried over 100 including ones that have samsung stores in them. no dice

Sorry but some addresses can’t have certain items shipped to.  They are a few things that the app and website says it’s not available to deliver to me
