Computerslogin to your microsoft account that previously has Windows license, you should able to re-activate your windows by this method
i hope you login to microsoft account before you performed factory reset, tbh i never factory reset my laptop, i don't know why you even did factory reset in the first place
if it still can't get the license, what else beside buy a new windows license

ComputersHello! Thank you for reaching out! Also just want to see, did you use the tools on the laptop itself to reset the laptop, or did you create a Windows media installation USB? If you used the Windows Media version and did not use the same version of Windows, it will not be activated anymore. Please let me know what option you used.

Have you made sure that you are signed into your Microsoft account? Have you also contacted Microsoft support? I would also recommend contacting Microsoft to see if there is a licensing issue on their side.
