ComputersLook to see if you can find the app before you delete/uninstall it. If you find it, then you can probably safely uninstall the app you currently have.

ComputersHello Eric47,
Thank you for reaching out to our Samsung Community regarding the account log in error. Please ensure the app's software is up-to-date by selecting Manage apps & device, within the app store and then tap Updates available.
We recommend following the troubleshooting steps in this guide to find a solution for having trouble logging in to your Samsung account here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001565/. It is also a good idea to look into our Samsung Recovery option on your device (if applicable) to reset the device and restore it to a previous point in time from this article https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062948/.
We encourage you to clear the app's cache and data, and deleting the app (uninstall) as a final solution. To uninstall then reinstall the app you will swipe up or down to access the desired App. Touch and hold the app you want to uninstall, and then tap Uninstall. You can use the Google Play Store or the Galaxy Store to reinstall the app by tapping it, and then tap Install.

ComputersDear Fellow User,
As advised above check for updates, delete and reinstall the app. If that doesn't work check if your browser needs an update you can also check and make sure javascript, cookies acceptance and the necessary settings needed for sites to work correctly are checked. You will find this in the settings of the Samsung Internet browser.
An additional option if that doesn't work is to select Desktop mode if this is available.
Let us know if it worked out,
A Fellow User like you,
M

ComputersYou should be able to roll back the windows update or, failing that, rollback to a restore point prior to the windows update.
