I bought a galaxy book pro 360 back around august the screen cracked within a month then by December it stopped powering on. I submitted a repair request and mailed it in. Its been fixed since December 8th and hasn't been mailed back to me and every time I contact Samsung about I'm given the same bs answer repair is completed it will be mailed back to you soon. I didn't spend 1300$ on a computer to not be able to use it and then have the company I bought it from steal it from me. Highly do not recommend buying any Samsung products. I certainly won't ever again.
