Samsung book flex keyboard backlight wont say on

I recently bought this laptop and I am trying to get the backlight on the keyboard to stay on. I have tried to turn on the "always-on" function but that didn't work. any tips?

im having the same issue with everything that you had.I think this is an ambient mode issue with windows.I have always on and it still turns off.

Decide to return mine. Backlight goes on and off when it wants to.  called support and after telling me to do the same thing that is in the links above tells me to call microsoft lmao. NOT!!!

hey guys

i finally solved it. there is a light sensor next to the power blue light.

the laptop is built purpose for no noise and lower power usage. 

the backlight will turn off because there is light around you kkkkk.

you can block the light sensor with black paper and turn the keyboard backlight.
