Hello,

when I plug in charging cable to charge the laptop, after few seconds whole screen turns into a noise (not possible to capture on screenshot). I found out that I can fix this easily by closing and opening the laptop again everytime. I tried to disconnect USB mouse and charging through other USB ports, but with no impact. I use standard power adapter which was included.
I have installed clean Windows 11 22H2 (21H2 was preinstalled) and downloaded all drivers and updates through Windows Update, no driver is missing in Device Manager and everything works fine othar than that. Here is a video where you can see how does it look like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-okiNIFXGGM. I hope this can be fixed by some update in near future.

Hello! I understand how this can be cause for concern with your laptop acting up like this. For this issue, I would recommend backing up all data and trying a factory reset first if that does not help then this is something that will require service. You will have a couple of options based on your warranty.

- If your device was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.

- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service processed.

- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators to have service processed

- If you're OUT of warranty, for depot type products (Soundbars, Home Theater Systems, tablets, ect.) that require to be shipped we recommend you speak with our depot team for pricing and to have the service set up: 1-310-669-4334.
