I bought the laptop on nov 2024 and from Jan 2025 iam facing an issue all the sudden laptop slows down the touch pad mouse cursor doesn't even want to move and we can switch from one app to another fast and I got fed up and factory reset the system and I t was fine for few days now from today morning again but started doing same and if I opened my task manager to see what's going on my memory always be above 50% and I don't know why without even opening any tab at this point iam getting trust issue whether I can use it further or not anyone please help me
Factory reset isn't always the answer in the task manager go thru that and see what's taking the most cpu or memory usage open device manager and look for a yellow triangle if that appears it means you need to update driver
I did everything but my main issue why memory is using more than 50 iam thinking because of the is my laptop is being stuck like baggy for few minutes I need to restart every time and then it works
